This agreement may be rescinded by me at any time in writing to Vinzenz Pathologieverbund GmbH, Datenschutzkoordination, Herrenstrasse 12, 4010 Linz, Austria or by email to , however, this does not affect any prior agreement to use of my data.

Personal data handled and processed for the above stated purposes will be stored for a period of 7 years from last date of contact. Disclosure of personal data is not required by law. Automated selection criteria search does not take place.

As a participating party, you are entitled to disclosure. Should you believe that certain data is incorrect or incomplete, you are entitled to demand correction or addition. Further, you have the right to demand deletion if data has been included that you deem inappropriately used, providing that we are neither legally obligated or entitled to process such data. Once we receive an appropriate request for deletion, we will follow such a request promptly. Additionally, you may demand limited processing of your data or contest the processing of this data and you may file a complaint with the data protection authority, www.dsb.gv.at.

I acknowledge that photos and video recordings may be taken at events. I agree that any such photos and video recordings that include my image may be used in Vincent Academy of Pathology, Vinzenz Pathologieverbund GmbH and Ordensklinikum Linz GmbH’s, media (print and website).
